Mini pink cupcakes

These cute cupcakes are the size of a bonbon!

Ingredients for 50 cupcakes:
- 30 grams self-raising flour
- 30 grams sugar
- 30 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1dash of vanilla extract
- bonbonlines (50 pieces)

- 250 grams powdered sugar
- 80 grams butter
- 4 drops pink food coloring
- a dash of vanilla extract
- 125 ml milk

Method:

1. Make the cupcake batter by mixing up the self-raising flour, the sugar, the butter, the milk and the vanilla extract.
Preheat the oven up to 180 degrees.

2. Fill the liners with 2 tiny teaspoons. And place them in to the oven

3. Bake the cupcakes for max. 10 minutes.

4. Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool down before you add the icing!

5. You can make buttercream icing by mixing the powdered sugar, the milk, the butter, the food coloring and the vanilla extract.
For this flower I used a star tip which has 1 lager opening. Place the tip into the pipingbag and add the icing. .

6. Place the large opening on the cupcake. This will create the large petal. Pipe your petals by working your way in and out.

7. Slowly turn the cupcake as you are piping te petals.Try to close the flower in the middle.
It takes a few cupcakes to practise but it will get better!
