Dutch Pancakes



Ingredients:
- 250 grams flour
- 5 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- butter for the baking

Method:

1.  Mix the milk with the 2 eggs and the pinch of salt.









2. Add the flour and the cinnamon.Keep mixing until you have a bit of a thick batter.

3. Melt some butter in a pan.

4. Pour the batter in to the pan and bake the pancakes golden brown on both sides,
