Chocolade Fudge Taart

Chocolade Fudge Taart

Benodigdheden voor de cake:
- 3 dl water
- 90 gr cacaopoeder
- 250 gr bloem
- 500 gr suiker
- snufje zout
- 2 zakjes bakpoeder
- 1 zakje vanillesuiker
- 3,5 dl karnemelk
- 130 gr zonnebloemolie
- 3 eieren
- pakje rolfondant/marsepein

Benodigdheden voor de crème:
- 250 gr boter
- 300 gr poedersuiker
- 200 gr pure chocolade
- 2 el cacaopoeder
- 100 gr crème fraîche

Methode

1. Breng de 3 dl water aan de kook. Zodra het kookt mag hier de cacaopoeder aan toegevoegd worden. Roer alle klontjes er uit. Laat het oplossen en afkoelen.










2. Meng de bloem, suiker, zout, bakpoeder, vanillesuiker, karnemelk, olie en eieren met elkaar om de beurt tot een glad beslag. Meng hier vervolgens de cacaopasta doorheen. Laat het beslag een uur rusten.











3. Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Vet 2 springvormen in. Verdeel het beslag en bak ze zo'n 1,5 uur gaar in de oven. Laat de cakes goed afkoelen!








4. Voor de crème meng je de boter met de poedersuiker luchtig. Smelt ondertussen de pure chocolade au bien marie. Meng de gesmolten chocolade samen met de cacaopoeder en de crème fraîche door de poedersuiker. Meng de crème lang door elkaar tot de crème lichter van kleur wordt. 










5. Smeer tussen de cakes een laag van de crème en er omheen. Werk er eventueel een ruitpatroon in.











6. Voor een strik kneed je eerst de rolfondant/marsepein goed door elkaar. Hier wordt het soepeler en beter bewerkbaar van. Maak een brede band en leg deze over de taart.

7. Snijd 2 'linten' uit en plak deze aan de band door poedersuiker met water te mengen tot een plakkend glazuur.  













8. Snijd 2 rechthoeken en vouw deze tot ovale vormen. Plak deze 2 aan elkaar. Snijd een klein 'lintje' en plak deze om het midden van de strik. Plak deze in het midden van de linten.










9. Voor een finishing touch, haal het overtollige glazuur weg en polijst het fondant/marsepein door met een klein klompje van fondant/marsepein eroverheen te wrijven of voorzichtig met water.

Cupcakes met rozen




Benodigdheden voor 12 cupcakes:
- 125 gram zelfrijzend bakmeel
- 125 gram suiker
- 125 gram boter
- 2 el melk
- 2 eieren
- 2/3 druppels vanillearoma

Benodigdheden voor de buttercream icing:
- 250 gram poedersuiker
- 80 gram boter
- 25 ml volle melk
- 2/3 druppels vanillearoma
- 2 druppels kleurstof

Methode:

1. Meng de eieren, melk, vanillearoma en suiker schuimig. Doe de boter 15 sec. in de magnetron en meng deze bij de rest. Meng de bloem er doorheen.



2. Verwarm de over voor op 180 graden en vul de vormpjes met het beslag. Gebruik een cupcakeplateau daar worden de cupcakes mooier van. Bak de cupcakes 25 minuten gaar en goudbruin.

3. Laat de cupcakes afkoelen en maak ondertussen de buttercream icing. Meng de poedersuiker, boter en melk. Nadat het een dikte van een pasta heeft meng je de vanille en de kleurstof er doorheen.

4. Gebruik een spuitzak met een rozenspuitmondje. Vul de spuitzak.

Lace pancakes





Ingredients:
- Dutch pancake batter (recipe dutch pancakes)
- Pipingbag with a small round nozzle

Method:

1. Make the pancake batter and put it in to the pipingbag or a bottle like the pictures below.

2. Melt some butter in a pan and start piping pancakes. Be careful when turning the pancake because it's very sensitive.Bake de pancakes golden brown.

Breakfast Buns


Ingredients for 6 buns:
- 500 grams flour
- 2,5 dl warm water
- 7 grams of dried yeast (instant will do as well but you'll have to activate is first!)
- 10 grams salt
- 20 grams of melted butter
- 1 egg
- Seeds

Methode:

1. Mix the yeast in to the flour.












2. Yeast does not like salt so start off by mixing the flour with the warm water to activate the yeast. As soon as this is mixed you can add the salt. Add the melted butter. Keep on kneading. The better you knead it the better the bun! If you find the dough too dry you can always add some more warm water.
Let the dough rise for an hour.












3.  Preheat the oven up to 200 degrees. Make 6 buns out of the dough. Make a cross in the buns.Whisk an egg an spread it over the buns. Decorate them with seeds.









4. Bake the buns for 30 minutes.

Marshmallow Coffee Ice Cream Cake



Ingredients:
- Apple pie cake mix
- Coffee ice cream
- Fudge icing
- Marshmallow fluff
- 2 bags marshmallows

Method:

1. Bake the pie but only the cake itself! So do not add apples or anything!

2. Fill the cake with the coffee ice cream and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Take it out and add a thick layer of fudge.Let the cake set overnight in the freezer.

3. Take the cake out of the freezer just before serving! Add some marshmallow fluff and then the marshmallows.Carefully burn some marshmallows. Pay attention to the melting fudge!

Cupcake Christmas Tree


Do you need a quick christmas treat? These tiny cupcakes will do!

Ingredients:
- 50 grams self-raising flour
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 grams butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
- a dash of vanilla extract
- cocoa powder
- red food coloring
- green food coloring
- decoration pearls
- bonbonliners

Method:

1. Make a christmas tree out of bonbonliners. This will give you a good idea of how many cupcakes you'll need from which color.
Start with making the cupcake batter by mixing the self-raising flour, the sugar, the butter, the milk, the egg and some vanilla.












2. Take two extra bowls for the coloring.
For the trunk of the tree will need a small amount of batter and the cocoa powder.The more cocoa powder the darker the trunk.
For the baubles you'll need batter for about 10 tiny cupcakes. Mix this with the red food coloring.
The remaining batter will be the tree. Color this green.

3. Bake the cupcakes for 10 minutes. Keep watching! Let them cool and press a pearl in the red cupcakes.
Place the cupcakes in to the correct order.

Wentelteefjes with chocolate sauce

A wentelteefje is a Dutch treat. It's bread with milk, sugar and cinnamon. The bread is toasted. It's delicious and worth the try!

Ingredients for 4 wentelteefjes:
- 4 old white sandwiches
- 1 small egg
- 12 grams sugar
- Cinnamon
- 1,5 dl milk
- Butter
- chocolate sauce

Method:

1.  Whisk the egg and mix the sugar and cinnamon in the egg. Use a large bowl!









2.  Cut the crusts of the 4 sandwiches and put them in the eggmixture. Turn the sandwiches. All of them should be sodden and all of the eggmixture should be gone!









3. I'm sure you can find a good destination for the crusts :)

4. Melt some butter in a pan and bake the wentelteefjes. They should be brown on both sides like the picture below.









5. Serve the wentelteefjes with some more cinnamon sugar and with optional chocolate sauce!

Quick Chocolate Milk


Ingredients for one mug:
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 180 grams milk
(whipped cream or marshmallows)

Method:

1. Mix the cocoa powder with the sugar.










2. Boil the milk and add it to the cocoa powder mixture. Keep on sturring until you have a nice cup of chocolate milk!

3. You can add some whipped cream or marshmallows.
