Breakfast Buns

Ingredients for 6 buns:
- 500 grams flour
- 2,5 dl warm water
- 7 grams of dried yeast (instant will do as well but you'll have to activate is first!)
- 10 grams salt
- 20 grams of melted butter
- 1 egg
- Seeds

Methode:

1. Mix the yeast in to the flour.

2. Yeast does not like salt so start off by mixing the flour with the warm water to activate the yeast. As soon as this is mixed you can add the salt. Add the melted butter. Keep on kneading. The better you knead it the better the bun! If you find the dough too dry you can always add some more warm water.
Let the dough rise for an hour.

3.  Preheat the oven up to 200 degrees. Make 6 buns out of the dough. Make a cross in the buns.Whisk an egg an spread it over the buns. Decorate them with seeds.

4. Bake the buns for 30 minutes.
